Optimising a crop of new digital services
The Telco boom of the last few years has meant that a new wave of digital-based services has been allowed to spring up to fuel demands for new and more efficient service alternatives - from online gaming, music streaming to taxi services. Shopping needs are high in a country that was used to out of stock situations and limited access to foreign goods that may still be the case in rural. The logistics and digital payment industry have started to gradually close the gap between consumer demands and product delivery.
MSR has collaborated with different app-based service providers on multiple projects, among other things conducting research aimed at improving in-app usability, assessing usage needs & barriers to new digital services or measuring the speed of adoption.
We have also independently been tracking digital literacy and behaviours since 2012.
